Full Service

Full service includes disposable plates, napkins, and utensils, serving utensils, black table linens, signs labeling food, metal chaffers and sternos, 1 service employee for every 50 people, buffet service for 1.5 hours not including set up and breakdown, kitchen cleanup after service to go containers for leftover food, house-made gourmet sauce, potato buns, pickles and onions for amount of food ordered.
